Our Facilities
Our efforts are towards establishing a state-of-the-art research and education facility, working on agroecology, livelihoods, producer organisations and public policy.
Organic Farm: a 38 acres organic farm, with long-term cropping system trials, demonstration units etc.
Biolabs: Research facilities for soil, water and seed testing, pest and disease identification etc.
Incubation Centre: Incubation support for rural entrepreneurs and FPOs, working spaces and mentoring support
Seed Library: Collecting, reviving and multiplying ethnic varieties, selecting improved varieties for organic growing conditions and documenting Value for Cultivation and Use. The curated list of seeds would be demonstrated on farm and available for others to share.
Curated museum: a museum documenting the history and evolution of Indian Agriculture, artefacts etc

How to reach us?
We are located on Nuzivid to Vissanpet road near Kondaparva Village in NTR district (erstwhile Krishna District) in Andhra Pradesh.
By Road: Buses plying between Nuzvid and vissanpet stop near the campus. Nearest bustations are Vissanpet (3 km), Nuzvid (5 km), Hanuman Junction (26 km) and Vijayawada (50 km) (Bus Route No: 380). Can be easily be reached by road from Vijayawada or Hyderabad.
By Train: Nuzvid Railway station (near Hanuman Junction) on the Vijayawada and Vishakapatnam route is 26 km from the campus. Passenger trains and some express trains halt here. Other nearest railway stations are Eluru (35 km) and Vijayawada.
By air: The nearest airport is Vijayawada International Airport, Gannavaram which is 60 km from the campus. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad is 300 km away.
